Bicicletta in Munich

Came for the first time today. Can only talk about coffee quality: Despite great reviews my Flat White was absolutely disgusting and prepared more like a large cappuccino from a gas station: seems to had only one shot of espresso, foam was not fine-pored but rather bubbly and airy, coffee-milk ratio was way off (three times more milk than customary in the market for Flat White). The whole thing came in a HUGE cup, instead of middle size cup. Ok, you could say “first world problem” but since it is charged a premium here, you would expect better.

Coffee is great! Breakfast is sweet! I like ice American very much, suitable for summer. And you can't buy it in other German coffee shops!

Here is what I’ve found in a Panini with tomatoes and mozzarella that my husband and I bought in this cafe today morning. It’s a piece of plastic!!! Awful experience... We’ll never come back to this place.

Nice little café, a bit outside, so pleasantly quiet but not empty. 2 daily changing cakes to choose from - wickedly delicious, with fantastic coffee. Perfect all round. 😁👌

Very cool place and great coffee

Upmarket cafe annexing the Andaz hotel. Food is simple yet decent, and the interior lives up to the name. It would happily be my regular cafe if not for the fact that the coffee is the worst I've had in Munich, and that's saying a lot. Both grinder and machine are high end, so it's rather surprising that the coffee (and its replacement upon return) manages to come out burnt and absolutely undrinkable, and the staff seem incapable of rectifying the issue.

Coffee was delicious, staff friendly. Relatively small cookie with 3 € too expensive. We came u.a. Because you can allegedly inflate his bike here - but unfortunately the pump was not available on demand.

What a great little place for breakfast. Worth the trip to the North side of town for a nice little sit down in a cycling oasis. Muffins, bagels and decent coffee awaits you. Don't miss out on the pancakes!

Good food but service was pretty awful. It took 30 minutes with 3 reminders and 3 attempts from them with the wrong food to get the wrong breakfast. Organization was terrible and at the end we ended up eating something that we didn't order.

I had a delicious cappuccino with almond milk this morning. Price is 3.90 but Service and atmosphere was nice. Would visit again and maybe try the bowls, they look appetizing!

Andaz is synonymous with quality and the F&B outlets are no exception. We stopped by to grab some coffee and brunch. Interior decor is the highlight here. The bicycle theme works very well with the concept of coffeehouse. Bean quality and roast are good, producing really smooth and aromatic brews. Food was also good, with the quality of ingredients taking the centre stage. However, I found my grilled vegetable sandwich a bit too salty, and gave the feedback to the service staff. She immediately wanted to offer me an extra croissant and other pastries to make up for it, which was an extremely nice gesture. Service staff are really the stars here. Friendly from the minute you step in and extremely attentive. Besides the positive experience above, I accidentally dropped my spoon and before I could even bend down to pick it up, the service staff was already beside me with a new spoon. The only think I can pick on would be the seats at the counter: they are definitely high end bicycle seats, but they serve as a painful reminder that I am too fat and probably need to lose weight asap... However, that wouldn't be enough to stop me from coming back regularly to get my caffeine fix. *Update* I have been visiting this place for almost 10 times now, and the service, food and coffee quality have remained top notch and consistent. A worthy mention would be the pâtisserie, as they all taste excellent and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Also, it is commendable that they only use unrefined sugars for everything, and they have such an amazing variety of the sugars. Plus points for being environmentally friendly for using paper straws.

Hottest recommendation for Munich Coffees & Bistro!!! Delicious and healthy food, phantastic coffee, superfriendly staff and such a cool lovely designed interior. Must go!

Chic, cool atmosphere, nice service, hammer decor, and above all: really good coffee !! We recommend!

Nice and fancy café, the interior design reminds about bicycles: there are bicycles hanging on the top and the chairs look like the seats of a bicycle. It's also good for working because there are electricity sockets in the wall. It's more fancy than cozy, the guests are mainly from the 5 stars Hyatt hotel - more rich people. With 2.9 €, the espresso is quite expensive but it was also very tasty and it's probably a good price for such a fancy café.
